Goodwall is a mobile-first personal and professional development platform with 1.7M members across 150+ countries that guides 16 to 24 year olds through the world of education and workoffering them access to equitable and inclusive opportunities. Our mission is to level the playing field for Gen Z, to help them maximise their potential and have a positive impact on society.
Goodwall has hosted a number of wide-scale programs and challenges on their platform with avariety of different partners and significant impact. A prominent example of this is the flagship program called BetterTogether. BetterTogether is a program created by Goodwall in 2020 with the aim to counter the loss of agency, education and employment caused by the Covid-19 crisis worldwide.
This mix of educational and entrepreurial guidance and support make Goodwall a great fit for Friends of Bata. Goodwall and Friends of Bata came together in order to identify some of the most direct ways tomeaningfully impact the lives of young people across the world.
The Friends of Bata Awards will be offered to Goodwall challenge winners of thematic programs focusing on environmental sustainability and entrepreneurship, as well as social challenges and other topics relevant to today's youth.
The winners of each challenge are determined based on their idea, the impact of their business or project, innovation and presentation.
